Equipment Introduction
Automatic mask body making machine is mainly used for making Blank mask body, The whole fabric rolls will be driven by rollers, the fabric will be unfolded by automatic folding edges. Nose-wire rolls will be dropped and cut to a fixed length, then introduced into the edging fabric. Both sides will be sealed by ultrasonic welding. After ultrasonic side sealing, the blank mask body will be cut and formed by the cutter. The whole processing is automatically controlled.
Only one person is required to operate the machine. The scientific and reasonable mechanical transmission configuration makes the machine extremely efficient. The special welding wheel and cutter wheel design have good abrasion resistance and greatly improve the working life.
